John Ratnaswamy Speaks at American Gas Association Rates School

John Ratnaswamy spoke on the topic of “Legal Foundations and Forms of LDC Rate Regulation” at the American Gas Association’s 2017 AGA Rates School in Chicago. The American Gas Association, founded in 1918, represents more than 200 local energy companies that deliver natural gas throughout the United States. The Rates School is an introduction to natural gas utility ratemaking. This is the third time that John has been a presenter at the Rates School.
