John Ratnaswamy Presents on Legal Foundations of Regulation at AGA Rates School

On July 22, 2019, John Ratnaswamy presented on the Legal Foundations of Regulation at the annual American Gas Association Rates School.  The Rates School is a four day conference conducted by the University of Illinois – Springfield, Center for Business and Regulation, but it is held at the University of Chicago, Gleacher Center, in Chicago.  This year is the fifth time that John has taught at the Rates School.
