On June 4, 2020, the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners released a statement entitled “NARUC Stands Committed to Social Change”.
The NARUC Statement, among other things, quotes James Baldwin: “Not everything that is faced can be changed, but nothing can be changed until it is faced.”
